Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• Do not upload resumes or content that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use Bagel to spam recruiters or candidates.
• Do not impersonate others.

Tailored resumes, cover letters, scoring, and interview-prep questions are generated by AI. Review them before sending. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit to an employer.

Bagel is free during V1. We will give at least 30 days notice before introducing any paid tier and you will not be charged without an explicit opt-in.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Bagel is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagel's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 during V1).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
